Because of the unprecedented circumstances developing in the wake of the recent Presidential election, the Peace and Justice Center is beginning a series of public conversations to empower and support people who are concerned about what is emerging in Washington. The Trump transition shows characteristics that are historically associated with tyranny.
Center Advisory Board members, Linda Sartor and Jack Wikse will co-facilitate the first conversation, 7-9 PM at the Center on Wednesday, March 15 on citizen empowerment. How to involve a broad public will be the focus of this meeting-- a deep listening session for those who come. We hope you will be able to join us then, and invite others who are interested.
